International Sport Surfaces, Inc. is a privately owned and operated corporation that is the preferred union installer for our partner, FieldTurf® in the construction and installation of synthetic turf in Illinois and the Chicagoland area.
ISS was founded in 2002 and from our very first installation we have been committed to best practices to insure the highest quality and on-time delivery for our clients.
We are trained and certified experts in the installation of artificial turf surfaces. Our FieldTurf installers are among the most highly skilled and experienced in the industry! ISS superintendents and crew chiefs have installed over 250 sports fields.
We round out our team with operations and logistics specialists as well as dedicated customer service associates to insure satisfaction from our initial site visit through to final inspection, site clean up, and project sign-off.
In February 2008 and again in 2009, ISS designed and instructed training courses on the installation of synthetic turf for the Carpenter’s Union Local 1185, which subsequently revceived national recognition by the National Carpenter’s Union. The program written by ISS has now become the platform for the Union nationwide for the apprenticeship schools.
